Thank you for your purchase. Izzyscrubstore.com sells garments manufactured from high quality fabrics and materials. If any of our merchandise is not free of manufacturing defects, we will accept the defective item for refund or exchange. You may return or exchange your item(s) within 30 days from the original date of purchase. Izzyscrubstore.com is happy to accept returns of unworn and unwashed, or defective merchandise with all labels and tags intact. Please include the original packing list with your return package. Refunds can only be made in the form of the original payment. If you do not have the original packing list, we will make an exchange, or issue a merchandise credit based on the current selling price. Shipping and handling charges on the original order, return items, or replacement are non refundable.
Any monogrammed or personalized apparel is not eligible for return, exchange, or refund.
All returns and or exchanges must be pre-authorized. You must request a return authorization form by contacting us with an explanation for the request. When you receive the return form from us, YOU MUST COMPLETE ALL REQUIRED FIELDS ON THE RETURN/EXCHANGE FORM
There is a 15% restocking fee applied to any returned item(s) eligible for exchange that do not request the exchange in advance.
The following conditions also apply:
1) You will incur shipping charges on the return and exchange.
2) If you are requesting an exchange, you must re-order the new item(s) using the return/replacement form provided.
3) You will have to submit payment for the new item(s).
Please DO NOT Return merchandise to the warehouse address from your packing list or packing label.
All returns and exchanges must be processed through OUR office and returned to OUR office.
